Women Thieves Steal Gold Necklace Worth Rs1.8 Million

A gang of women has been reported operating in Rawalpindi, specifically targeting jewellery stores.

In a recent incident, the group allegedly stole a gold necklace valued at over Rs1.8 million from a shop in the Bani area.

CCTV footage shows the women posing as customers, casually browsing the jewellery.

One woman was caught on camera quickly snatching a six-tola gold necklace and concealing it in her dupatta without anyone noticing.

She then covered the necklace with a shawl and exited the store, followed by the rest of the women, who were seen leaving in a rickshaw.

Once the shop owners realized the necklace was missing, they immediately reported the theft.
