The much-awaited sequel to the 2016 romantic drama Sanam Teri Kasam has been officially confirmed, with directors Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru announcing its release on Valentine’s Day 2026. The news comes after the successful re-release of the first film this February, which reignited audience interest in the love story of Inder and Saru.
In an interview, the filmmakers revealed that the first film was always intended to have a sequel, and the story had been in place for years. They explained that the emotional ending of Sanam Teri Kasam was deliberately crafted to pave the way for Sanam Teri Kasam 2, which will continue Inder’s journey.
