The England cricket team has landed in Lahore ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, set to begin on February 19. Led by captain Jos Buttler, the 31-member squad, including players, coaches, and support staff, arrived from Dubai, marking the start of their campaign preparations.
England is placed in Group B alongside Australia, South Africa, and Afghanistan. Their first match is scheduled against arch-rivals Australia on February 22 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium. They will then face Afghanistan on February 26 before concluding the group stage against South Africa on March 1 in Karachi.

Following a disappointing tour of India, England will be eager to bounce back in the Champions Trophy. Key players such as Jos Buttler, Joe Root, Jofra Archer, and Mark Wood will be instrumental in their pursuit of the title.
Meanwhile, the Australian cricket team also arrived in Lahore, landing in two separate groups. Led by Steve Smith, the squad traveled via Dubai, ready to compete in the high-stakes tournament.
