Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan Reach Saudi Arabia to Perform Hajj

Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam, two well-known cricketers from Pakistan, travel to Saudi Arabia to undertake the Hajj. The news was communicated via a picture posted on Twitter showing both players in Madinah in front of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.

On this fortunate excursion, Mohammad Rizwan is accompanied by his mother, his wife, and Babar Azam. His mother also travelled with him. According to sources, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan special permission to travel to Makkah for the Hajj, the most important act of worship in Islam.

Since both the cricketers intended to perform Hajj with their families, they are exempted from the ongoing training camp in Lahore. They will join the team later in Karachi during the first week of July as the Pakistani team has to play against Sri Lanka in an upcoming Test tour.
