Pattoki Tehsil Headquarters Hospital is facing intense criticism after a viral video revealed a shocking case of negligence, where a hospital sweeper was seen carrying out medical procedures.
In the absence of qualified doctors, the sweeper, identified as Abid, was filmed stitching wounds and dressing injuries in the hospital’s emergency department. The footage, which shows him attending to a female patient, has raised serious concerns about the deteriorating state of healthcare at the facility.

Locals from Pattoki and nearby areas have called on CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz to take immediate action and hold those responsible for this alarming situation accountable.
This incident comes just weeks after another case of medical negligence at Lahore’s Gangaram Hospital, where a newborn girl suffered severe burns, allegedly due to the hospital staff’s carelessness.
