The federal government has officially revived the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme for 2025, targeting the distribution of 100,000 laptops to top-performing students across Pakistan. The scheme is part of the broader Digital Youth Hub initiative, designed to enhance digital inclusion and skills among young learners.
Open to students from all academic disciplines at public sector universities, the scheme emphasizes merit-based selection to ensure transparency and equitable access. Financially deserving students will also be prioritized, reinforcing the programme’s commitment to bridging the digital divide.

Applications are open until 20 May 2025 and can be submitted through the official Digital Youth Hub portal or its mobile app. The process includes account creation, form completion, document upload, and final submission.
