Severe Weather Warning: Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms to Hit Pakistan

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) issued a weather advisory on Thursday, warning of unpredictable weather conditions across Pakistan from today until May 5.

The advisory highlights that areas including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, northeast Punjab, and northeast Balochistan are expected to experience rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms.

Some districts in Sindh may also face rainfall and gusty winds. The NDMA urged residents to take precautionary measures and advised local authorities to remain alert and prepared to handle any emergency situations caused by the weather changes.
