In a swift move to address growing security concerns, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the relocation of all remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 to Karachi.
This decision comes in response to escalating tensions between Pakistan and India, which have recently included drone strikes on major Pakistani cities such as Lahore, Gujranwala, and Rawalpindi.

A drone was even intercepted and downed near the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, raising significant concerns for the safety of both players and spectators.
Initially, the next round of matches was scheduled to take place at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. However, following these attacks and the increasingly volatile atmosphere, the PCB held an emergency meeting led by Chairman Mohsin Naqvi.
After consulting with security agencies and relevant officials, the board decided unanimously to move all remaining games to Karachi.
The PCB emphasized that, despite rumors of a possible cancellation, the league would continue, prioritizing the safety of everyone involved while ensuring the event’s successful completion.
