Met Office Forecasts Hot and Dry Weather Across Most Parts of Balochistan

The Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry conditions across much of Balochistan.

In Quetta, temperatures peaked at 37Β°C, while Kalat experienced a high of 34Β°C. Ziarat recorded a maximum of 28Β°C, and Zhob saw temperatures rise to 39Β°C.

Sibi remained among the hottest regions, with the thermometer reaching 47Β°C, closely followed by Turbat at 48Β°C. Nokundi recorded 46Β°C, and Chaman reached 39Β°C.

Coastal areas also felt the intense heat, with Gwadar hitting 41Β°C and Jiwani recording 37Β°C.

The Meteorological Office has urged locals to take appropriate measures to protect themselves from the dangers of the ongoing heatwave.
