23-Year-Old Rao Talha from Lodhran Becomes Pakistan’s Youngest Assistant Commissioner

Rao Talha Javed, hailing from Lodhran, has made history by becoming Pakistan’s youngest Assistant Commissioner. After successfully completing his training, he is now serving as an Assistant Commissioner in Inland Revenue.

Talha began his academic journey at Duniapur Public School, where he excelled in his matriculation exams in 2015. He went on to complete his FSc in 2017 and later earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering in 2021.

In 2022, he cleared the CSS exam on his very first attempt, a remarkable achievement. He underwent professional training as part of the 51st Common Training Programme and officially assumed his duties in 2025.
