FACE Hosts Fourth Edition of International Jazz Festival @ Silk Road Cultural Center

To celebrate the dynamic spirit of jazz, and experience Europeโ€™s finest talents alongside Pakistanโ€™s rising
stars, the Foundation for Arts, Culture and Education (FACE), in partnership with Silk Road Culture
Center (SRCC) and Lahore Jazz Club, successfully launched the Fourth Edition of the International Jazz
Festival at SRCC Auditorium.


Hailed as a vibrant cross-cultural celebration of music, creativity, and international collaboration. the
festival opened on 23rd May 2025, and will continue in Lahore on 24th and 25th May, featuring an
eclectic mix of jazz performances from Spain, Portugal, Poland, Austria, and Pakistan.


This yearโ€™s edition promises a rich musical journey through Europe, showcasing contemporary jazz styles
and diverse cultural expressions. The festival features live performances, artist collaborations, and
masterclasses designed to foster intercultural dialogue and artistic innovation. Artist Lineup includes
Jaubi of Boiler Room and Anzela Abbasi from Pakistan, Pedro Joia from Portugal, Juan Ortiz from Spain,
the duo Falk Bonitz from Austria, the trio Jah from Poland, and a special feature by Pak-Euro Artist
Collaboration.

borders,โ€ said Zeejah Fazli, Founder and CEO of FACE. โ€œWe are thrilled to host talented musicians from
four European countries and to offer audiences a transformative cultural experience.โ€

Jamal Shah, Chairman of SRCC, added, โ€œPakistani audiences can expect a rich tapestry of
performancesโ€”from traditional jazz influences to bold contemporary interpretationsโ€”celebrating both
global heritage and innovation.โ€


This yearโ€™s festival underscores FACEโ€™s enduring commitment and SRCCโ€™s pledge to uphold cultural
diplomacy and promotion of international artistic exchange. International Jazz Festival continues to
cement its place as a significant event in the regionโ€™s cultural calendar, drawing jazz aficionados, critics,
and artists from around the world.
