The upcoming T20I series between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be played without the Decision Review System (DRS), a move that has surprised fans and officials alike. The three-match series kicks off on May 28 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
According to PCB sources, the unavailability of the technical crew behind the system—still recovering from their duties during the recently concluded HBL PSL—has made it impossible to implement DRS in time for the series.

The Bangladesh team has already been informed, and both sides are expected to adjust to the absence of this technology, which has become essential in modern international cricket.
Despite concerns over decision accuracy, the series is set to proceed as planned. A press conference featuring both team captains and a trophy unveiling is also scheduled for later today.
