Pakistan has dispatched two high-level delegations abroad to counter India’s recent actions and present its version of events on the global stage, the Foreign Office confirmed Monday.
A prominent group including Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, Hina Rabbani Khar, and other ex-ministers and diplomats has arrived in New York for meetings with top UN and P5 officials. Another team led by Syed Tariq Fatemi is engaging Russian officials in Moscow from June 2 to 4.
Senator Sherry Rehman, speaking from the UN, criticized India’s “fabricated narrative” and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace and international law. “We will not let propaganda justify war,” she said, calling out Indian “electoral theatrics.”
