Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Friday announced the launch of the Benazir Hari Card, aimed at providing over 200,000 farmers with subsidies and access to modern agricultural equipment.
He also revealed plans to support drip irrigation systems as part of an initiative to encourage eco-friendly farming practices.

In addition, the Sindh government has proposed a tax relief of up to Rs1,000 on commercial vehicles in the budget for the fiscal year 2025–26.
The proposal also includes a reduction in mutation and sales fees, bringing them down from Rs1,000 to Rs500, to ease the financial burden on the public.
