The Pakistan men’s cricket team has experienced a decline in the latest ICC Men’s One Day International (ODI) rankings, released on Monday. The team has slipped one place to fifth, overtaken by Sri Lanka, which has climbed to fourth position. Pakistan now holds 3,465 points, while Sri Lanka has 4,009 points.
This drop follows Pakistan’s recent loss to the West Indies in the second ODI of their series. The defeat allowed Sri Lanka to leapfrog both Pakistan and South Africa, pushing South Africa to sixth place.
The top three positions remain unchanged, with India, New Zealand, and Australia continuing to lead the rankings.
The Pakistan team will be looking to regain their position in the upcoming matches and improve their standings in the ICC ODI rankings.
