The long wait is over for thousands of students as the May–June 2025 A Level Results are officially announced today, Tuesday, August 12. Students from across Pakistan can now check their grades online or collect their printed statements from schools.
Starting at 11:00 am, candidates can access their A Level Results by logging into the Cambridge International portal using their unique login details.
This year, over 10,000 students from more than 750 schools are eagerly awaiting their results, which are crucial for university admissions, scholarships, and career decisions.
However, this year’s results come amid controversy. Cambridge International Education (CIE) has confirmed a leak involving three papers: Mathematics Papers 12 and 42, and Computer Science Paper 22. These papers were reportedly leaked in Pakistan before the exams took place.
CIE is currently investigating the security breach. The organization warned that any exam centers involved could face deregistration, and affected students might be disqualified. CIE has also promised to strengthen exam security to prevent such incidents in the future.
Meanwhile, O Level students must wait a little longer. Their results will be announced on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Students who feel their grades do not reflect their performance can request a review through their schools.
If unsatisfied, they may appeal to the exam boards or the regulatory authority, Ofqual.
The release of A Level Results today marks an important milestone for many young learners. These grades will shape their higher education paths and future careers. Students and parents alike are encouraged to stay calm and seek proper guidance during this time.
