Poland confirmed that it shot down several drones in its airspace as Russia launched another wave of strikes against Ukraine. The country’s military said the drones posed a direct security threat and were neutralized before causing any damage.
According to Polish officials, the incident occurred late Monday night when Russian forces targeted Ukrainian cities with missiles and drones. During the attack, some drones crossed into Poland’s airspace, prompting immediate action from the Polish Air Force.
