Bank Alfalah Welcomes the 9th Management Trainee Batch

Following a rigorous selection process that included gamified tests, video interviews, virtual assessment centers, and panel interviews, Bank Alfalah has successfully onboarded the 9th cohort of its prestigious Management Trainee Program.

The Bank has selected 20 bright graduates from a pool of around 6,500 candidates for three months of thorough classroom training concentrating on important development areas.

They will be placed in departments that match their skill sets once they have completed the program. On the 17th of July, Atif Bajwa, President and CEO, delivered an address.

The President/CEO and other senior management members welcomed the Management Trainees, emphasizing their importance as Bank Alfalah’s valued assets and wishing them luck in their learning journey and future jobs.

The huge number of applications received this year attests to Bank Alfalah’s pride in its highly respected Management Trainee Program. The bank’s commitment to investing in its people is unwavering as it works to develop these recent graduates into future leaders.
