Grooming Future Stars: Pakistan Women U19 Camp Begins in Karachi

The Pakistan Women U19 Camp is set to kick off tomorrow at the Hanif Mohammad High-Performance Centre in Karachi. A total of 30 players have been selected for a 20-day skills and fitness program, announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday.

The camp will run from October 18 to November 6, 2025, preparing young athletes for the upcoming ICC Women’s U19 World Cup 2026-27.

Focus Areas of the Camp

Participants will take part in strength and conditioning sessions, skill development, net practice, and fielding drills under PCB-assigned coaches. The camp aims to improve game awareness, discipline, and on-field decision-making.

In addition, players will be educated on anti-doping regulations, media interactions, and playing conditions for all formats of the game.

Upcoming Tours

The Pakistan Women U19 team is scheduled to tour Bangladesh for a five-match T20 series from December 3-12, 2025. The squad for this tour will be selected from the 30 players attending the camp.
