The UAE Presidential Court has officially announced the Union March, inviting Emiratis to take part in a grand parade to celebrate the country’s 54th National Day. The event aims to bring citizens together in a vibrant show of unity, pride, and patriotism.
According to Arabic media reports, the Union March will be held on December 4, 2025, at the Sheikh Zayed Festival site in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi. Emiratis interested in joining can register by calling the toll-free number 8003300. Registration is open from October 19 to 26, during the hours of 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm.
This year’s celebrations are expected to be one of the largest in the nation’s history, reflecting the UAE’s journey of progress and unity. The event will feature cultural performances, traditional parades, and artistic displays showcasing the nation’s heritage.
As part of preparations, authorities have also issued official guidelines for using the new UAE National Day logo, unveiled earlier this year. Inspired by early Emirates street signs, the design honors the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, symbolizing national pride and the country’s shared identity.
In addition to the parade, organisers of Eid Al Etihad have encouraged the public to contribute to the design of official National Day merchandise. The goal is to promote creativity and community participation, ensuring that every Emirati feels connected to the celebrations.
The Union March not only celebrates 54 years of national unity but also pays tribute to the values of leadership, innovation, and togetherness that continue to define the UAE.
