Pakistan’s leading telecom and ICT services provider, PTCL Group (PTCL & Ufone 4G), has announced a strategic partnership with CEQUENS, a global customer engagement solutions provider, to introduce CPaaS for enterprises across Pakistan.
The agreement was signed at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai by Asif Ahmad, Group Chief Business Solutions Officer, PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Nermeen Sobhy, SVP Carrier Relations and Wholesale, CEQUENS. The signing ceremony was also attended by Syed Atif Raza, Group Chief Commercial Officer, PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Karim Khorshed, CEO, CEQUENS, along with senior executives from both sides.
The collaboration aims to empower businesses with CPaaS for enterprises, offering a unified suite of communication tools that enable seamless customer engagement through SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Combining CEQUENS’ global expertise with PTCL Group’s extensive network, the partnership seeks to strengthen go-to-market capabilities, improve digital customer interaction, and accelerate the digital transformation journey for Pakistani enterprises.
Commenting on the development, Asif Ahmad said that the partnership with CEQUENS represents an important milestone in PTCL Group’s mission to evolve as a digital enabler for businesses in Pakistan. “With CPaaS for enterprises, we are providing scalable, flexible, and innovative communication solutions that will redefine customer engagement,” he added. Ahmad also emphasized PTCL’s continued investment in digital innovation and infrastructure to support cross-sector modernization.
Nermeen Sobhy from CEQUENS highlighted that the collaboration will allow Pakistani companies to access world-class CPaaS solutions without heavy infrastructure costs. “Our platform enables businesses to maintain consistent, omnichannel communication and deliver a personalized experience,” she noted.
