Pakistanβs leading telecom and ICT services provider, PTCL Group (PTCL & Ufone 4G), has announced a strategic partnership with CEQUENS, a global customer engagement solutions provider, to introduce CPaaS for enterprises across Pakistan.
The agreement was signed at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai by Asif Ahmad, Group Chief Business Solutions Officer, PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Nermeen Sobhy, SVP Carrier Relations and Wholesale, CEQUENS. The signing ceremony was also attended by Syed Atif Raza, Group Chief Commercial Officer, PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Karim Khorshed, CEO, CEQUENS, along with senior executives from both sides.
The collaboration aims to empower businesses with CPaaS for enterprises, offering a unified suite of communication tools that enable seamless customer engagement through SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
