Islamabad – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started handing over plot possession in a key sector of Islamabad, officials confirmed on Tuesday. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to develop residential and commercial areas in the capital.
According to CDA authorities, possession of plots will be given to successful applicants following proper verification and documentation procedures. Residents and investors are advised to complete necessary formalities to avoid delays.
“The process ensures transparency and accountability in handing over plots,” a CDA official said. “We aim to provide a smooth experience for all allottee members.”
The development of this sector includes modern infrastructure, roads, utilities, and public facilities, making it a prime area for investment and settlement. Officials highlighted that timely possession is a key step toward completing urban planning projects.
Applicants welcomed the possession process, noting that it reflects CDA’s commitment to delivering on promises and supporting Islamabad’s growing population.
CDA urged all allottees to follow official guidelines and avoid unofficial dealings. The authority emphasized that possession is being carried out in a structured and legal manner to maintain trust and efficiency.
