The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced revised working hours for its centres across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the winter season of 2025. The new schedule took effect on November 19 and applies to all regional and zonal offices in the province. According to officials, the decision aims to ensure smooth operations during the colder months.
As per the updated notification, NADRA regional headquarters and zonal offices operating five days a week will now function from 8:30am to 4:30pm. These timings have been adjusted to accommodate both staff and visitors during winter. NADRA also confirmed that registration centres working on a five-day schedule will follow a single shift from 9am to 5pm.
The authority recently issued another important advisory for parents regarding the B-Form of their children. NADRA reminded families to update their child’s B-Form once they turn three. The earlier version of the B-Form becomes invalid at that age, and a new photo B-Form is required for all future records, including school admissions.
NADRA stressed that failing to update the B-Form may cause inconvenience during documentation processes. To help parents, the authority has provided two options for obtaining the new form. They can either visit the nearest NADRA office with their child or apply from home using the Pak ID mobile application. The online service is designed to simplify the process, especially for those who cannot visit a centre in person.
The organisation continues to introduce measures that improve its services and make official documentation more accessible. The latest updates reflect NADRA’s efforts to maintain efficient service delivery as seasonal changes impact routine operations.
