Gold prices in Pakistan rose further on Friday, following global uptrends. Data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association indicated that the price of gold per tola surged by Rs700 to settle at Rs241,700. Similarly, the price for 10 grams increased by Rs600 to reach Rs207,219.

Internationally, the price of gold increased by $22 to settle at $2,326 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained stable at Rs2,850 per tola. This came after gold had ended its decline in the previous two sessions in the domestic market, with the price per tola rising by Rs400 to Rs241,000 on June 27, and the price for 10 grams increasing by Rs343 to close at Rs206,619.
