Gold Prices in Pakistan Have Surged Significantly Once Again

On Friday, Gold Prices in Pakistan experienced another significant rise, mirroring trends in the international market.

The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported that the price of gold per tola increased by Rs2,400, reaching Rs257,300.

The cost of 10 grams of gold went up by Rs2,057 to Rs220,593, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold now costs Rs202,210.

Globally, the price of gold per ounce also rose by $26 to $2,458. In contrast, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs2,900 per tola.

Earlier this month, gold prices in Pakistan hit a record high, with the per tola rate climbing by Rs4,600 to Rs254,000.

This recent surge highlights the volatility and significant fluctuations in the precious metals market driven by both domestic and international economic factors.
