The Magic V2 folding smartphone took center stage at Honor’s most recent launch event in China, but the company also debuted the Magic Watch 4 and MagicPad 13, two premium tablets.

The MagicPad 13 is the first tablet to run Honor’s most recent MagicOS 7.2, ushering in a new era for the company’s mobile office experience. This contains the Honor Docs function, which consists of a word processor and Honor Notes, a note-taking program.

The tablet has eight speakers and four microphones for music, according to Honor, making it the first device in the market to offer 3D audio.

Honor’s Magic Pencil 3, which was created especially for the new MagicPad 13, has a matte finish and a skin-friendly coating. This stylus has a 2ms delay and 4096 pressure sensitivity levels.

The tablet has an 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB RAM in addition to a Snapdragon 888 processor. This powerful combination makes it possible to edit HDR videos immediately on the gadget, a task for which the Magic Pencil 3 excels. A USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port is also present on the MagicPad 13, which is ideal for connecting storage devices as well as for sending 4K video at 60 frames per second to an external display.

The MagicPad 13’s camera configuration includes a 9MP front-facing camera with fixed focus and a rear 13MP f/2.0 autofocus camera.

The tablet’s 10,050 mAh power cell and 66W cable charging capabilities contribute to its outstanding battery life.

The MagicPad 13 is available for purchase starting at €376 for the 8 GB/256 GB model, €415 for the 12 GB/256 GB model, and €465 for the 16 GB/512 GB model. Other add-ons include a folding keyboard that costs €75 and the Magic Pencil 3, which costs €62.

Magic Watch 4 by Honor

Now let’s talk about the Honor Magic Watch 4, the company’s first smartwatch with MagicOS. The watch has a 1.75-inch, 450 x 390-pixel, 60Hz AMOLED display that is placed in an aluminum case from the 6 series. This smartwatch’s eSIM compatibility, which enables it to work without a mobile smartphone, is its main feature.

The Honor Watch 4 can keep you informed of notifications for up to 10 days thanks to a clever dual standby feature.

The Magic Watch 4 offers a lot of tracking options for fitness and wellness. It features 12 expert fitness plans and 85 sports modes. Along with general sleep tracking, it provides health monitoring features including atrial fibrillation detection and sleep apnea monitoring.

In China, the Honor Magic Watch 4 costs €125. The watch is available in three different colors: Blue, Gold, and Black.
