The police were quick to respond, apprehending the suspects within 12 hours of the crime. The inquiry discovered that the shop owner had failed to activate the alarm system linked to the central operations room, allowing the suspects to steal without being caught.

The stolen items, as well as AED 40,000 in cash, have been restored to the relieved owner. Ajman Police emphasised the significance of taking proper safeguards for business owners, particularly those dealing with costly things, in order to avoid future incidents.

It recommended firms to have working alarm systems and rigorously adhere to security regulations. These methods can improve security and reduce the likelihood of future incidents.

The three suspects have been turned over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for further legal action.
