A food vendor invents an unorthodox pizza creation—a dry fruit pizza—in a social media sensational video. And it goes without saying that consumers weren’t huge lovers of this variety. To the dismay of many viewers, since the Instagram video demonstrating how to make this dish became viral, it has received a lot of attention.
The first image in the video is of a man spreading tomato sauce over toast. He finishes it off by adding cheese, raisins, and cashews. He then bakes it and tops it with additional cheese and dry grapes.
Urmil Patel, an Instagram user, posted this video. Patel claims that Manek Chowk in Ahmedabad is where one can find this particular pizza.
