A terrible tragedy occurred on a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight from Dubai to Islamabad when a passenger onboard suffered a heart attack and died.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the male passenger, Malik Jahanzaib, suffered a stroke during the trip as a result of a heart attack. According to CAA officials, he was a resident of Abbottabad, and his body was returned to his family.

Another similar event occurred when a chartered PIA flight from Paris was forced to make an emergency landing in Bulgaria after a woman died following a cardiac arrest.

The airplane was en route to Islamabad when the woman’s health deteriorated mid-flight, necessitating the emergency landing.

What Happens If a Passenger Dies in Flight?

According to an air hostess, the deceased passenger is politely returned to their seat, and no other passengers or cargo can be relocated for safety concerns.
