The Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry conditions across much of Balochistan.
In Quetta, temperatures peaked at 37°C, while Kalat experienced a high of 34°C. Ziarat recorded a maximum of 28°C, and Zhob saw temperatures rise to 39°C.

Sibi remained among the hottest regions, with the thermometer reaching 47°C, closely followed by Turbat at 48°C. Nokundi recorded 46°C, and Chaman reached 39°C.
Coastal areas also felt the intense heat, with Gwadar hitting 41°C and Jiwani recording 37°C.
The Meteorological Office has urged locals to take appropriate measures to protect themselves from the dangers of the ongoing heatwave.
