Brother Electrocutes Two Sisters in Tragic Honour Killing in Nawabshah

In a heartbreaking incident of honour killing in Nawabshah, two sisters were tragically electrocuted by their brother.

The incident occurred early Thursday, and authorities have since apprehended the suspect. The accused’s mother claimed her son drugged his sisters before electrocuting them. Despite attempts from his mother and sister-in-law to intervene, the brother continued his assault and later threatened to kill them if they tried to stop him.

The victims’ bodies were transported to People’s Medical Hospital for post-mortem, and police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the perpetrator. This case sheds light on the persistent issue of gender-based violence in Pakistan.
