Security forces conducted multiple intelligence-based operations across Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, killing eight militants and losing one soldier, according to the military’s media wing. The operations targeted terrorist elements in North Waziristan, South Waziristan, Khyber, and Bannu districts.
In North Waziristan’s Mir Ali area, three militants were eliminated, while two others were killed in South Waziristan. During these encounters, Naik Mujahid Khan, a 40-year-old soldier from Kohat, was martyred in the line of duty.

Further clashes in Khyber and Bannu districts resulted in three more militant deaths. Security forces seized weapons, ammunition, and explosives during the raids.
The military emphasized that sanitisation operations continue and reiterated its commitment to eradicating terrorism from the country.
