Nine terrorists eliminated in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

In two separate targeted intelligence-based operations conducted on Friday and Saturday in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa , security forces eliminated nine terrorists, including a ‘High-Value Target’ (HVT), according to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

In the operation in Tank District, two terrorists, HVT Rehmat Ullah (also known as Badar Mansur) and Ts Amjad (also known as Babr), were killed. In another operation in South Waziristan district, seven terrorists were killed after an intense firefight. The terrorists were found in possession of weapons, ammunition, and explosives, and were implicated in various terrorist activities, including attacks on security forces, extortion, and target killings of civilians.

During the operations, Sepoy Shahzeb Aslam, aged 29 and a resident of district Haripur, fought bravely but was martyred. The ISPR emphasized the determination of Pakistan’s security forces to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country. In a separate intelligence-based operation on Monday in K-P’s Mardan district, security forces killed two terrorists following an exchange of fire.
