Remarkably, Obaid is entirely self-taught, as this unique art form is not formally taught anywhere in the world. Through extensive research and guidance from American artist Tracy Lee Stum, he honed his skills and became proficient in his craft. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his family, who encouraged him to pursue his artistic passion as a career.
An expert in anamorphic art, Obaid creates interactive experiences for viewers, allowing them to engage with his artwork and even become a part of it through their interactions or poses.
Some of his favorite works include his first public 3D/anamorphic creation, a multi-perspective artwork in the corner of his room, and a piece showcased at the Street Art Festival in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, where he aimed to positively represent Pakistan on the global stage.
