Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called upon global investors to explore opportunities in various sectors of Pakistan’s economy. Speaking at the Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh, he emphasized the country’s readiness to engage with nations at the forefront of innovation, aligning with the initiative’s theme, “Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow.”
Highlighting the potential for international collaborations, the PM focused on Pakistan’s healthcare and education sectors. “The future of human advancement lies in collaboration and working together. No single country can harness the potential of tomorrow without the support of others,” he stated.

Shehbaz urged investors to bring their expertise to Pakistan, underscoring the nation’s transformative journey toward resilience and shared prosperity. He reassured that Pakistan is committed to stability and growth, inviting global partners to contribute to a future characterized by innovation.
The PM outlined Pakistan’s vision for a knowledge-based economy driven by innovation, particularly in three key areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI), education, and healthcare. He affirmed the government’s commitment to training skilled engineers and data scientists to leverage AI across industries.
In education, Shehbaz highlighted reforms aimed at vocational training and digital literacy, mentioning initiatives like the Daanish School and the Education Endowment Program, which seek to provide quality education to deserving students.
Regarding healthcare, he praised young medical professionals for their health-tech innovations and envisioned collaborations between doctors and scientists globally for enhanced health outcomes. He cited institutions like King Edward Medical College, NUST, and Agha Khan University as potential leaders in advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention.
Additionally, the PM made an impassioned plea to the global community, stressing that dreams of global progress cannot be achieved without restoring peace in Gaza and stopping the ongoing bloodshed.
