For allegedly raping a seventh-grade girl and sharing her footage on social media, police have officially filed a First Information Report (FIR) and taken the designated suspect into custody.
In addition to the rape accusation, two defendants, including a nominee, were charged with pushing the deceased girl to commit suicide after the victim’s mother filed a complaint.

After accused Mehrab Khoso and an unnamed male harassed and sexually attacked Urooj Fatima, who committed suicide, the B Section Police Station filed a case.
According to the complainant, victim’s mother Sonia Jatt, Khoso and an unidentified individual used to harass her daughter on her way to and from school.
The two guys, Khoso and his unnamed accomplice, forcibly took her to an unspecified location and sexually attacked her three days ago while her daughter was attending school with her sister Kainat. Additionally, they recorded the event on camera, which so infuriated the young girl that she ended her own life. Mehrab Khoso has been taken into custody by the police, and the second suspect is still being sought.
In the meantime, well-known attorney Sher Ali Behan promised the victim’s family justice and pledged to pursue the case for free. A case has been filed, and the primary suspect has been taken into custody, according to Tando Adam DSP Dr. Muhammad Moosa Abro. More details will be known after the detailed postmortem report comes out. No matter how influential the accused are, justice will be provided to the victim’s family.
