The police have taken the body into custody and will proceed with further actions after receiving the post-mortem report.

In a separate incident last year, a woman in Karachi’s Nazimabad shot and killed her husband over a domestic dispute. Abdul Ghaffar, a 40-year-old man, was killed by his wife, Samina, inside their home in Feroz Colony.

Investigations revealed that Ghaffar was a drug addict who often argued with his wife and was violent toward her. During one such argument, Samina shot him with her brother’s 9mm pistol, which was reportedly owned by a security guard. The couple had three daughters, and the police are continuing their investigation into the case.
