The police pursued transit remand from the ATC, citing a murder and attempted murder case filed against Shah at the Bijli Road police station in Quetta.

In response to the police’s application, the ATC of Quetta issued a warrant for the suspect’s detention, stipulating her appearance before the appropriate court within a two-day period.

Earlier on Monday, the Punjab administration annulled the initial detention decision, leading to Khadijah Shah’s subsequent apprehension by Quetta police on serious charges related to the alleged crimes.
