Three Spanish tourists killed in a gun attack in Afghanistan

The Spanish diplomatic sources indicated that its Emergency Consular Unit is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident, providing support to those affected, and maintaining contact with the families of the victims.

Condolences and condemnations poured in following the news. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and his cabinet members expressed their outrage and sorrow over the killing of the innocent tourists. The Emergency Consular Unit of the Spanish Foreign Ministry is dedicated to offering all necessary assistance during this time. The Afghan government also condemned the attack, expressing deep sympathy for the victims’ families and vowing to bring the perpetrators to justice.
