Shivam Dube Wife, Anjum Khan, Allegedly Provokes Muslims Against Nazia Elahi Khan

On August 11th, Anjum Khan, the wife of Chennai Super Kings cricketer Shivam Dube, called on Muslims to respond to commentator Nazia Elahi Khan for her outspoken criticism of radical Islam. Through an Instagram story on Khan’s official page, she accused Khan of making offensive comments about Prophet Muhammad.

“If you don’t get angry even if the Prophet is being insulted then your faith is dead. And, if your Imaan is not dead then write with me #arrestnaziaelahikhan [Nabi ki shaan mein gustakhi hone par bhi aapko gussa nahin aata toh aapka imaan mar chuka hai. Aur agar aapka imaan zinda hai toh repost karke mere saath likhiye #arrestnaziaelahikhan]”. The featured Nazia’s picture with a “boycott” sign. It had additional text inciting violence against Nazia Elahi Khan.

“Friends, now is the time to take action against this Nazia Elahi Khan After speaking against Musalmans, she is making disgusting comments against our prophet [Saathiyon ab waqt aagya hai iss Nazia elahi khan ki khabar lene ka. Musalmano ke khilaf bolte bolte ab ye humare aaka ke khilaf bhi baate kar rahi hai],” Anjum Khan’s Instagram story reads.

In a recent interview about the controversy surrounding Muslim vendors naming their shops after Hindu deities to deceive Hindu customers, and the UP government’s directive to display nameplates, Nazia Elahi Khan remarked, “If that’s acceptable, then Hindus could name their shops ‘Muhammad Pig Shop,’ ‘Ajmer Liquor Shop,’ or ‘Medina Lingerie Shop’—and there shouldn’t be any objection. In such cases, there should be no slogans like ‘Gustakhe Nabi ki ek saza sar tan se juda.’ We’ve witnessed incidents like ‘Thook Jihad,’ and they are still ongoing. Muslims are concealing their identities…” Khan stated.

It’s important to note that Nazia Elahi Khan is a reformer who has actively spoken out against radical Islam.

Earlier this year, she filed a petition requesting that state authorities mandate Muslim girls to complete Class XII before being allowed to marry. However, the Calcutta High Court dismissed her petition.
