Video: Outgoing Dutch PM Exit Office On Bicycle After Serving For 14 Years

Outgoing Dutch PM Mark Rutte departed his office in The Hague on a bicycle, marking an unusual exit. He has been succeeded by Dick Schoof, a former intelligence chief, who was sworn in by King Willem-Alexander in a ceremony.

Reports indicated that Schoof, who is not affiliated with any political party, did not appear on the ballot in the November election.
