To enhance assistance for tourists, an emergency helpline (051-9269200) has been introduced, allowing citizens to report complaints round the clock. The helpline also serves as a control room, providing various facilities to tourists and addressing any unforeseen situations.

Several designated points have been allocated for car parking. Major roads, such as Kashmir Point, Mall Road, Guldana Road, and others, have been closed for two-way traffic to mitigate congestion during the snowfall season. The cooperation of tourists is sought to prevent traffic congestion, especially during adverse weather conditions.

Two traffic control rooms have been established at Jinnah Hall Murree and Suni Bank Traffic point to facilitate tourists.

On the directives of the Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, Liaquat Ali Chattha, the Murree district administration has set up 13 centers at various locations in Murree, including Satara Meel, Lower Topa, Jika Gali, GPO, Kashmir Point, Kuldana, Kali Matti, Masiyari, Sindhan, Sunny Bank, Bhorban, Thanda Jungle, and Saharbagla, to cater to the needs of tourists.

Traffic congestion remains a significant issue in Murree, and the role of the police and traffic wardens is crucial. The district administration has been directed to finalize all arrangements for the snowfall season, including the operation of 13 SMDs within Murree city, displaying public service messages to inform tourists. Additionally, a 24/7 helpline by the Tourism Department has been established to provide guidance on weather conditions and traffic updates. Vehicle entry into the city is monitored digitally at the Satra Meel Toll Plaza, and 26 CCTV cameras have been installed on main roads for traffic monitoring.
