Lebanon’s Iran-backed Hezbollah group announced on Tuesday that it had fired multiple rocket salvos at Israeli military positions in the annexed Golan Heights. This action was described as a “response” to Israeli airstrikes that hit eastern Lebanon the day before.
Hezbollah fighters reportedly launched “intense rocket barrages” targeting two Israeli army sites in the occupied Golan Heights. The group stated that these strikes were a direct reaction to the Israeli assault on Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley.

A source close to Hezbollah revealed that the Israeli attack in the Bekaa Valley specifically targeted weapons depots located in the eastern region of Lebanon.
