Senior Bollywood screenwriter Salim Khan, father of superstar Salman Khan, is currently receiving treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted after suffering a minor brain hemorrhage, and medical teams have confirmed that his condition is now stable.
Actor Amir Khan shared updates on Salim Khan’s health during a media interaction. He said, “I went to meet Salim Sahab, and we are all praying for his quick recovery. Since he is in the ICU, I couldn’t meet him personally, but I spent time with his family.”
Amir Khan also added, “Alvira updates me daily that his health is improving. We are hopeful he will return home soon fully recovered.” Actress Daisy Shah also confirmed that Salim Khan’s health is satisfactory and that he is out of immediate danger. She noted that although she hasn’t visited the hospital personally, she remains in contact with Salman Khan and the family.
Hospital sources revealed that Salim Khan was placed under immediate medical supervision following the minor brain hemorrhage. He underwent a necessary procedure, after which his condition stabilized. Earlier, Dr. Jaleel Parkar mentioned that he was on ventilator support but his vital signs were stable.
