Nationwide Protest Announced by JUI-F for Tomorrow; JI Protest Planned After Eid

The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) has announced a nationwide Protest following the killing of its provincial leader, Maulana Muhammad Idrees. The party confirmed that demonstrations will be held across the country.

Party leaders expressed deep sorrow over the incident. They described it as a major failure of law and order. Senator Atta-ur-Rehman strongly criticized the security situation.

He questioned how long such incidents will continue without effective action. He said the government must ensure the safety of citizens. He warned that failure to do so raises serious concerns about governance.

The party announced that the Protest will take place in all districts. Leaders said the goal is to demand immediate steps to restore peace. They also called for accountability over the incident.

Speaking in Peshawar, leaders alleged that clerics are being targeted repeatedly. They claimed that the security situation has worsened in recent years. The Protest will also be directed against both provincial and federal authorities.

Separately, Jamaat-e-Islami has announced its own political movement. The party plans to launch its campaign after Eid-ul-Adha.

Party chief Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman criticized the current economic system. He said it places a heavy burden on ordinary citizens. He urged lawyers and civil society to support the movement.

He also raised concerns about the use of public funds. He claimed that levies collected from people are being directed elsewhere. He further stated that the political system lacks meaningful reform.

Hafiz Naeem said that despite public sacrifices, institutions have failed to deliver justice. He emphasized the need for new leadership and direction. He confirmed that his party will not join alliances based on personal interests.
