A woman from Rawalpindi has made history by becoming the first female driver to obtain a Heavy Transport Vehicle licence. The milestone was achieved under the City Traffic Police Rawalpindi. The achievement has been widely appreciated.
Humaira Naseer successfully passed the commercial driving test. She also completed the dumper driving assessment. The test was conducted at the Old Varan Depot on Peshawar Road in Saddar, Rawalpindi. After meeting all requirements, she was awarded the HTV Driving License.
According to traffic police officials, the entire process was completed on merit. Officials confirmed that she is the first woman to receive an HTV commercial licence from the department. The HTV Driving License was issued after strict evaluation of her driving skills and knowledge.
