Thailand’s GPX to Launch New 125cc and 250cc Motorcycles in Pakistan

Pakistan’s motorcycle industry is preparing for a significant development as Thailand-based GPX plans to enter the local market through a partnership with Royal Power Pakistan. The collaboration will introduce the brand under the name RoyalGPX and is expected to bring a range of modern bikes to Pakistani consumers.

According to industry sources, RoyalGPX intends to launch several new Motorcycles in the 125cc, 150cc, and 250cc categories. The company aims to offer riders more advanced and feature-rich options compared to many of the traditional models currently available in the market.

The launch is expected around June 2026. The move could introduce greater competition in Pakistan’s two-wheeler sector, particularly in the premium commuter and mid-range motorcycle segments.

For decades, much of Pakistan’s motorcycle market has been dominated by basic commuter bikes. Most consumers are familiar with conventional designs that focus mainly on affordability and fuel efficiency. RoyalGPX appears to be targeting a different customer base by offering modern styling, enhanced features, and higher build quality.

The planned lineup is expected to include stylish 125cc and 150cc bikes designed for everyday urban use. These Motorcycles may attract younger riders looking for modern designs and upgraded technology.

The company is also expected to focus on the 200cc to 250cc segment. This category has seen limited innovation in recent years, leaving riders with relatively few choices. RoyalGPX reportedly plans to introduce sportier models and café-racer inspired designs influenced by GPX’s international products, including the popular Demon and Legend series.

In addition to petrol-powered bikes, there are reports that electric Motorcycles could also be introduced in Pakistan. This would align with growing interest in alternative transportation options as fuel prices continue to rise.

GPX is not a newcomer to the global motorcycle industry. Founded in Thailand in 2007, the company has gained recognition for its bold styling, LED lighting systems, and fully digital instrument panels. The brand has established a strong presence in Southeast Asia and has achieved impressive sales performance in its home market.

Industry observers believe the arrival of GPX could benefit Pakistani consumers by increasing competition and expanding product choices. The mid-range segment, particularly between 150cc and 250cc, has long lacked fresh options for buyers seeking something beyond standard commuter motorcycles.

While excitement continues to grow among enthusiasts, important details remain undisclosed. The company has not yet revealed official prices, local assembly plans, or the exact models that will be introduced.
