Four Killed In Firing On Ambulance In Bannu, Police Launch Investigation

A tragic incident took place in Bannu after unidentified armed men attacked a private ambulance on the CPEC Circular Road. Four killed in firing was confirmed by police on Friday.

According to officials, the ambulance was passing through the Mirakhel police station area during the night. Suddenly, armed attackers opened fire on the vehicle and escaped before police arrived.

Police said four killed in firing died on the spot. Rescue teams reached the area soon after the attack. The bodies were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for further legal procedures.

Authorities said the victims could not be identified immediately. No identity documents were found at the scene. Officials added that the bodies will be handed over once identification is completed.
