A tragic incident unfolded as a student from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) took his own life following a dispute at a party in Lahore’s Defence B area, as reported by a local media outlet.
The unfortunate event occurred when the deceased became involved in an argument with a girl during a gathering at Penta Square in Defence Housing Society (DHA) Phase 5, Lahore. Subsequently, the boy chose to end his life by jumping from the fifth storey of the building.

The police confirmed that the LUMS student committed suicide after a disagreement with the girl at the party. Law enforcement officials revealed that the young man leapt to his death from the fifth floor, marking a tragic culmination of the altercation. The police have taken custody of the deceased’s body, and an investigation has been initiated to shed light on the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Regrettably, this incident follows a recent occurrence earlier this month, where a girl jumped from the top floor of a coffee shop in the Defense area. The police reported that the girl landed on the roof of a parked car outside the coffee shop and was subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
