With just 10 days until the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, the ICC has unveiled the official event song titled “Whatever It Takes.”
This vibrant track features a collaboration between the all-girl pop group W.i.S.H., music director Mikey McCleary, and composer Parth Parekh, produced by Bay Music House. The song is now available for download on all major streaming platforms.

The 1:40-minute video showcases highlights from past Women’s T20 World Cups, complemented by choreography from W.i.S.H. that captures the excitement surrounding the tournament. The event, spanning 17 days from October 3, will host 10 teams competing in 23 matches across two venues in the UAE: Dubai and Sharjah.
ICC General Manager Claire Furlong expressed the organization’s commitment to making this World Cup a premier stage for women’s cricket, aiming to inspire a new generation of fans. The girl band W.i.S.H. also shared their enthusiasm, highlighting their pride in contributing to this historic event and their excitement for players like Jemimah Rodrigues and Smriti Mandhana.
